We cook sushi, as it should be. Moreover, we deliver them all over Riga!
SmartSushi is a company producing and delivering sushi in Riga, which focuses on the quality of the product. We proceed from the premise that sushi should firstly be "right": made from the right way cooked, quality rice, and flavored with fresh ingredients: fish, vegetables.
An important element of our work is that we do not save on the quantity of the product, adding more rice instead of fish, etc., which is quite common in the sushi market in Riga.
That is why we treat with great attention both the quality of the purchased products, of which we then make sushi, and the way they are cooked. We consider that rice should be only the best, the fish - exceptionally fresh, and an experienced chef, a professional in his field, must cook sushi.
